Dion O'Brien serves as Vice President of Sales at Pyramid, bringing nearly two years of telecommunications experience to the role. He began his industry career as an inside sales representative, building a foundation in client relationships and business development. At Pyramid for 14 months, Dion has focused on connecting customers with mission-critical infrastructure solutions and driving growth across the company's service lines. He holds a Bachelor's degree in business.

Originally from Ireland, Dion now lives in Skaneateles, New York. He is happily married to his wife, KT, and they have two children, Jack and Tara. In his free time, he enjoys sports, travel, fitness, and visiting breweries and wineries. His favorite places to travel are home to Ireland or any beach. A little-known fact: he grew up on a farm in Ireland and hopes to own his own small farm in the USA one day. He has no current pets but has had many in the past. He used to play the tin whistle and notes that he needs to pick it back up. His bucket list includes traveling all over the world and owning a beach house. Colleagues describe Dion as hardworking, fair, and honest, and he takes pride in being a fun dad.
