J.D. Harris

Director of Quality Assurance

Though he entered the work force in high school as a lumber mill truck driver, J.D. has spent the last three decades in the telecom industry. Prior to joining Pyramid in 2019, he spent time at BellSouth Mobility as an RF Engineer. He still loves that the industry is always in demand and ever-changing. Fun, honest, and always willing to help, J.D. excels at improving processes. Among his other skills, he holds a General Contractor’s license.

J.D. currently lives in Powhatan, VA, with his wife, Monica, daughter, Kaylee, son, Parker, and maltese, Sugar Lynn. He enjoys fishing and hunting, visiting Gatlinburg, TN, and being the resident math geek at home. He hopes to one day write a book; in the meantime, his kids say he loves providing philosophy.
