hawn Knotts serves as Director of Business Development at Pyramid, bringing over 23 years of combined experience in broadcast and telecommunications to the team. His industry career began hands-on as a Project Engineer, a foundation that informs his strategic approach today. In his role, Shawn leverages his deep industry knowledge and a fast-paced, people-focused mindset to drive growth and build lasting partnerships for Pyramid.

A dedicated professional, Shawn's commitment extends from the office to his home in Jasper, Indiana, where he focuses on being a great father and husband to his wife, Brooke, and their children, Raylee and Oliver. His idea of a perfect getaway is any beach, and when he's not traveling for work or family, he enjoys golf, pickleball, and coaching.

Shawn carries the same determination from his first job working on a farm into everything he does, a quality his colleagues recognize as hardworking dedication. A little-known testament to his fearless, hands-on background: he has climbed the iconic towers of the Empire State Building and 4 Times Square in New York, as well as the Willis Tower and Hancock Center in Chicago. Looking ahead, he aims to visit every MLB stadium, obtain his pilot's license, and go on a church mission trip. At home, he and his family are often joined by their dog, Murphy.
